Jamie Grace is the Founder, President, and CEO of InSIGHT Management Group. He has more than 30 years of retail experience beginning in stocking and cashiering, as a young adult, and progressing, in time, to leading teams in both operations and merchandising, owning multibillion dollar P&L’s. He has successfully launched multiple companies and brands.
He has a strong track record of building long term strategies, brand and product development, team building, and partner relationships. With a key focus on the customer, he has launched hundreds of items into the retail market with supplier partners. Integrity is the foundation of his core beliefs earning him the confidence of executive leaders to oversee complex responsibilities.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Penn State University.
He has been married for more than 30 years to his wife, Jenny, and they have three children. While not working, you will see Jamie dedicating his time to family and church. He loves most sports and has recently been trying to expand his skills in golf (but not with much success). You may also run into them at Disney World where Jamie and Jenny are known Disney Geeks.

Lori has more than 16 years’ experience at Walmart where she spent her career within merchandising. Her last position was a Director/Senior Buying Manager. She joined Walmart after she graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Marketing degree. Since joining Walmart, she managed a variety of categories in Personal Care and Over-the-Counter Pharmacy including seasonal businesses, imported products, major product launches, and Rx to OTC switches.
Lori really enjoys diving into category insights and product innovation to better serve the customer.
Lori is originally from Northwest Arkansas. She enjoys spending time boating, camping, hiking, and staying busy with her two boys, Tucker and Camden.

Nathan Grace is the Director of Operations for InSIGHT Management Group. His retail experience progressed from stocking to eventually being involved in E-Commerce, Marketing, and Financial Services for multiple retailers across the country.
While working for a major retailer on the West coast, Nathan took responsibility for organizing data for online advertisements and promotions, working as a collaborative bridge between the E-Commerce and Marketing departments. He helped train and lead the company’s Data Collection Team as they worked to gather product data from vendors for the retailer’s website. He also helped the company run more efficiently by developing Excel formula templates and VBA macros for multiple departments.
Being a fast learner has always been a skill of Nathan’s. Because of the fast-moving pace of the retail industry, this skill has helped him be effective and efficient in solving problems wherever they may arise. Whatever he sets his mind to, he has the capability to learn how to master it quickly.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Brigham Young University – Idaho.
Nathan and his wife, Haley, have been married since 2018. They have two children, Parker and Harmony. Nathan enjoys playing golf, watching Marvel movies and shows, and playing games of any kind. He also plays the guitar and several other instruments.
